Excellent location to breathe the salt air and enjoy the private beach. Family-friendly home with four bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. Two queen beds and two twins round out the remainder of the home. Propane fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. *Please be advised*  Because this house is so close to the beach, there is a bulkhead from the patio to the beach.  Some agility is required to access the beach. 

*This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.

Hot Tub Notice: Please note that because we offer turnovers on this rental property, there may be times when the hot tub is not up to temperature at time of arrival due to necessary cleaning. In the event that this happens, the hot tub should be ready for use the following morning.

A discount of 10% off for 5-7 nights and 15% off for 8 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb or VRBO, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via booking.com, please remind us to apply the discount for you as it will not automatically apply. For stays over 21 days, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge.
