It is located in Residential Azul Marino community, a new (2019) quiet, and calm, 24 hour secure, gated community, and just 800 meters from the Cerritos beach which is an exotic beach that blends with the wild nature of Mazatlan. This beach is characterized by having a low concentration of hotels, so you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere on its fine sand. One of its advantages is that it has excellent tourist services in the area, such as great restaurants, water parks and much more!

Azul Marino's modern architecture reflects a youthful lifestyle, designed to provide comfortable spaces for daily life, great for family stays. Wander the Mazatlan Market, Mercado Pino Suarez for food pavillions with meats, fish, spices, candies and seafood produce and all the local flavors to love, supplied by local farmers and artisans. Other nearby shops inclued large grocery and convenience stores such as Soriana (everything you would need if you like to cook your meals).

Looking for entertainment for the children? Check out the diving show at the New Mazatlan Aquarium to watch divers feed nurse sharks or visit the stingray pool.

Then head to the Golden Zone, known for it's quality silver jewelry shops, great restaurants and spectacular disco clubs. Have a drink and a dance before going back to the condo for a great night's sleep.
