Each bedroom has a television with cable TV and streaming services. The master has a queen bed; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed with full size and twin and a pull out. 

The complex has a community pool, playground for children, aned an outside community grill for gatherings. There are two assigned parking spaces within the secured, gated community.

And It's only 5 minutes from the beach, discos and the Golden Zone! The Gran Plaza shopping center is within walking distance as well as a wide-ranging options of restaurants.

Take a stroll on the Mazatlan Malecon (Boardwalk), 13 miles seafront walkway, one of the longest seafront walkways in the world. Wander the Mazatlan Market, Mercado Pino Suarez for food pavillions with meats, fish, spices, candies and seafood produce and all the local flavors to love, supplied by local farmers and artisans. Other nearby shops inclued large grocery and convenience stores such as Soriana (everything you would need if you like to cook your meals).

Looking for entertainment for the children? Check out the diving show at the Mazatlan Aquarium to watch divers feed nurse sharks or visit the stingray pool.

Make sure to visit to the Golden Zone, known for its quality silver jewelry shops, great restaurants and spectacular disco clubs. Have a drink and a dance before going back to the condo for sleep.
