The beautifully timbered lodge-type home is 2 stories; the upstairs has a large bedroom, bath, and loft. The main floor has a great room with living-dining-kitchen, full-sized appliances in the laundry closet, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the house. The living room has a wood stove and 2 comfy leather couches. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus comes with a coffee grinder and 2 types of coffee makers (the usual drip and a small espresso machine).
The 1800 sqft shop has been partially converted into a playroom with patio furniture, a TV, a pop-a-shot basketball game, a ping pong table, and a gas bbq grill (please pull the gas grill outside for use). Lots of extra space. Perfect for cyclists, kayakers, and surfers who need a secure place to store gear.
Behind the shop is a shady seating area. Walk down through the forest via one of the paths to the private pond. Enjoy wild flora and fauna! Deer and elk visit the property often.
Experience the Olympic Peninsula from the privacy of this tranquil space near popular recreation sites, such as the Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and the Salt Creek Recreation Area.
Take your bike for a ride on the Olympic Discovery Trail right next to the property or bring your kayak to nearby Freshwater Bay for a day on the water. Explore the trails and amazing views on Hurricane Ridge or take a trip to Ruby Beach, known for the reddish sand and rock island sea stacks.

Water pressure is low, OK to shower but nothing spectacular.
Plenty of parking for cars (one can fit in the shop)
This is a pet-friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed, and species for consideration. An additional pet fee of $100 will be added at the time of booking, 2 pets max.
Disclosure: there will be cameras on the property: owners have webcams covering the front door, garage door and driveway areas.
