Olympic Forest Oasis defines the best of the indoor/outdoor experience of the Northwest - for ANY season! Located near a plethora of outdoor recreation, beaches, and parks, the forest acreage with pond and open beamed lodge-style house present the perfect place to retreat and relax.

The House - Beautifully timbered lodge-type home is 2 stories; the upstairs has a large bedroom, bath, and loft. The main floor has a great room with living-dining-kitchen, full-sized appliances in the laundry closet, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the house. The living room has a wood stove and 2 comfy leather couches. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus comes with a coffee grinder and multiple coffee makers (drip, pods and a small espresso machine) and an air fryer. A propane BBQ is located at the covered front patio.
 
The Shop - 1800 sq. ft. insulated shop offers secure storage and a play area. Plenty of space for a vehicle or large toys. Perfect for cyclists, kayakers, paddle boarders, and surfers to store and layout equipment. Off-road vehicles (dirt bikes, ATVs, etc) may be stored in the shop but are NOT authorized of use on the property. The shop is split as a play/hangout area with patio furniture, TV, pop-a-shot basketball game, foosball table, ping pong table, and a propane fire table (please ensure ventilation when in use). Bring your skates, skateboards, and scooters!
 
The Grounds - Behind the shop is a shady hangout area. Walk down through the forest via one of the paths to the private pond while resident ravens call overhead. Enjoy wild flora and fauna! Deer and elk visit the property often. Adjacent to DNR forest land will ensure your privacy and provide the feeling of your own personal Olympic National Park.
 
Wifi/Tech - The home includes Free Wi-Fi and two TVs for streaming.
 
Parking - Plenty of parking for cars (one can fit in the shop).
 
Pets - This is a pet and service animal friendly property but please inform us with weight, breed, and species. An additional flat fee (for pets) of $100, added at or after booking, 2 pets max.

Strait of Juan De Fuca Beaches - At least 5 within a 10-15 min. drive offering beach combing, tidepools, and surfing.

Olympic National Park - You’re practically in it with Lake Crescent, Hurricane Ridge and Sol Duc Hot Springs so close. Make a short day drip to Pacific Ocean beaches (Rialto, Shi Shi, etc.) or the Hoh Rain Forest, among the many treasured highlights of the Pacific Northwest.

Outdoor Lifestyle - This is your chance to enjoy everything from off-roading, fishing, cycling, water sports, and hiking all within close proximity. There are many other exceptional parks, conservation areas, hot springs, practically all roads out here lead to a trail/destination. DNR forest land is also abundant, offering variety of 4x4, dirt bike, quad terrain.

Disclosures - Outdoor cameras on the property include coverage of the front door, garage doors and driveway areas. Note there is a 3rd building on the property that is unoccupied for owner storage only, no guest access.
