Your neighbors will be the soft walking deer as they frequent the area, along with our magnificent eagles who perch in near by trees. Get lucky and spot the occasional whale spouting off in the strait below. You will see an abundance of marine traffic on the Strait. Cargo ships abound, Cruise ships and even Submarines. The view is ever-changing. The lights of Victoria will be magical at night. If the wind blows, listen to the surf pound.....It can't get much better than this.
The Hideaway Hut features a cozy living room with a wood burning stove. The view is magnificent and the setting incredible. A perfect place for complete relaxation. The Hut spells "romance".
What could be better than a cozy place, wood stove, view of the Strait, and the lights of Port Angeles at night, with a feeling of isolation.
You will be spellbound by the magnificent sunsets at the Hut.
The Hut shares with it's vacation rental home neighbors, the "Hideaway" "Sea Breeze" as well as the "Humblebee Hive", the same alluring trail which descends to the salt water beach below. This five minute adventure through several acres of natural beauty reveals a lagoon and private, pristine beach where you possibly will be greeted by otters, eagles and seals. From here you can wander the beach for miles in either direction. The Dungeness Wildlife Refuge is within view and can be reached by avid beach combers.
