All vacation rental properties are Non Smoking and most Do Not allow pets. Children welcome, however some rentals have age restrictions.
- All rentals are two night minimums. Holidays are a 3 night minimum. The Sea Captain and Serenity Mountain Retreat are a three night minimum.
- Calling Card needed for long distance.
There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee ranging between $35.00 - $100.00.
There is a 10% discount on all stays over ten days.
- We are very proud of our properties, and expect you to leave it in the shape it was found. We provide all linens, towels, and kitchen items.
PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT GIVE OUT ADDRESS'S PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, AND WE DO NOT HAVE AN AVAILABILITY CALENDAR FOR SECURITY REASONS.
- Reservations are held with either a Visa or MasterCard, we accept Travelers Checks, personal checks or cash when you check in. Reservation is guaranteed by the payment of one nights fee either by credit card or upon receipt of check or money order. Stays of 4 or more nights require a two night deposit.
- Any cancellation made less than 14 days before stay will forfeit the nights deposit. There is a $50.00 dollar cancellation fee on ALL BOOKINGS CANCELLED in addition to the nights rental charge.For our larger properties or for bookings made months in advance, we will ask that a deposit is sent. This is non-refundable as this property has been taken off the inventory for other bookings. We will evaluate every booking before we enforce this charge. We are very sorry for this policy, but some people book several areas and then decide which one they want to stay in. This is not fair to our owners.
- There will be an additional charge if you have visitors utilizing the premises for an extended time period due to overuse of septic systems, and additional material used in the house.
- Check in hours are between 3 and 6 p.m. but we will try to accommodate your travel needs. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. All rates are in USD and subjuect to 10.4% sales tax. A valid drivers license and credit card must be presented at check-in unless other arrangements have been made. A rental agreement contract must be signed at check-in. - We ask that you supply us with the ages of the children that will be joining you, because some of the rentals have age restrictions due to liability, for example, a rental on the river asks that children be over 12. It is also helpful to know the number of beds required.
